Hans came from Husum ("Nordhusum"); he was a butcher in Wyk.
Between 1739-1741 he bought the Wrixumer mill and the Grütz and Graupenmühle in Wyk. (mühle is mill in German)
He was also a judge at the Wyker court
In St. Nicolai he was godfather very often, I could read about 15x in the church book.
