      "She was pretty smart, but perhaps not to be credited with absolute faultlessness. After the disunity of herself and her husband, she lived hereabout (Monson, MA) til 1846; then went to Attica, NY. There, soon after going, she had a severe attach of rheumatism, gout, or some analogical disease that reduced her to a condition of extreme decrepitude and helplessness. This chronic and inveterate ail, after years of endurance, and of much almost intolerable suffering by her, carried her off. She died in Attica."
