    • Graduate of the Perkins School, Brockton High School, New England Conservatory of Music, a skillful pianist; member of the Society of Mayflower Descendants. "Miss Puffer was a member of the Brockton Society of the Church of the New Jerusalem, and always interested in its welfare, although prevented by ill health from attending any of its services during the last fifteen years. Her mind was unusually acute and she took an active interest in religious matters and in genealogical studies. She was deeply interested in music and for years practiced both piano and organ, showing marked ability. She was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Loring W. Puffer, both attendants at the services of the Brockton Society, and the latter a member. Her two brothers, William L. and Clarence Puffer are attendants of the New Church. Interment was in Stoughton, MA. - P.S."
