Notes - He was a Sgt in the Civil War Co H, 18th Inf 1st Hvy Art Maine Volunteers from 1862 to 1865. Wounded 18 Jun 1864 during a charge in the 2nd battle of Petersburg in the right shoulder. He was discharged 6 Jun 1865 near Washington DC.
