  According to his Missouri Death Certificate, he was b. and d. in Kansas City, MO, at Veil Hospital (for unwed mothers). Although the death certificate says he is buried in "Highland Park Cem" there is no such cemetery in Kansas City, MO. His parentage is unknown except from what is written on the death certificate. It is possible that his father is the C. M. Janes that reported the death. His mother is given as Louis (sic) Puffer, but is most likely a Louise or Lois Puffer. They both list the same address (15 West 31). No Puffers that fit are in KC, MO during this time.
