  She married second, Daniel Livingstone [Lewiston, Levistown] of York, M aine, perhaps in 1685 when, as appears by York Deeds, iv., 45, she ente red into a post-nuptial agreement '• to bring her too sons & daughter w ith her to yorke," who are described as "her three youngest children." D aniel Lewiston [Livingstone] was killed at York by the Indians, 20 Aug. , 1694, according to Savage; and in December following, Joanna bought s ome land adjoining his estate, as recorded in York Deeds, vii., 15.
