    • Attended the high school at Ann Arbor, MI, graduation in 1912; after a year in the employ of the Foote Pub. Co. he entered the university at Seattle, WA, class of 1916.

      According to his 1918 WWI Draft Registration Card, he was the Secretary for the Board of Commerce in Belding, MI.

      He was a missionary in 1919-1920 at Yoetmal, Berar, India with his wife. He was 31, 5'9.5" tall, blue eyes, auburn hair. He was given a portable spinning wheel by M.K. Gandhi.
