  • Notes
    • Eleazer Ring and his wife Mary lived first at Plymouth, where their first nine children were recorded. He was appointed constable there for 1692. Numerous deeds over a period of many years list Eleazer in Plymouth, later in Plympton, and toward the end of his life in Kingston.
"On 23 July 1707 Eleazer Ring and his wife were dismissed from the [First] Church of Plymouth to the church at Plympton. Following that date the deeds (and births of his children) record him as a resident of Plympton.
By 28 March 1732 he was described as ‘Eleazar Ring of Kingston ... Yeoman.' Mary had died there two years earlier on 28 November 1730.

"In his will, dated 5 June 1738 and proved 1 January 1749[/50] in Plymouth County, Eleazer Ring of Kingston, yeoman, made bequests to his sons, Samuel, Andrew, Elkanah, and Jonathan."
