  JOHN WESTLEY McKAUGHAN: married SARAH COLLETT 29 July 1824, Wayne County, Kentucky. 1830 Pulaski County, Kentucky census JOHN W. McKAHAN 1 male over 20 under 30 (John W.) 2 females under 5 1 female over 5 under 10 1 female over 20 under 30 (Sarah In 1840, John W. McKaughan and family were in Breckenridge County, Kentucky. One of the older girls must have been gone by this time. The name Westley was very important for some reason several generations in Kentucky. We found it given to several children.
